Easy quick soybean sprouts and pea shoots stir-fried with garlic

Ingredients :

Soybean sprouts and pea shoots, half and half, about one pound in total. Some soy sauce, some canola oil, and garlic, finely chopped.


How to make it

1.In a wok or large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

2.Add the garlic and oil the same time, (not really stir-fry because the smoke sucking

apparatus in my kitchen is not working, actually it has been removed, so stir-frying is banned at my house for the time being)

3.Add the soybean sprouts and pea shoots and toss to coat with oil and garlic.

4.Raise heat to high and add soy sauce mixture.

5.Stir-fry pea shoots and soybean sprouts until well wilted.

6. Serve at once.

It looks good, tastes delicious and smells aromatic.
